This is a Nice Used Amaxa Nucleofector Version 1 Electroporation System. Comes as Pictured with User's Manual and Power Cord. Unit Has Been Tested and It Successfully Pulses the Pre-Set Protocols and Displays "OK". Visually Inspecting the Cuvette Following a Pulse Shows A Stream of Bubbles Indicating a Successful Pulse. Please Note, Version One Has PreSet Loaded Protocols and They are Represented by Numbers,  I Don't Believe the Protocol Parameters are Visible. According the Amaxa, It is Recommended You Pulse A Series of the Preloaded Protocols for Identifying the Best One Suitable for Your Sample/Application.  Amaxa has a List of Cell Types and Protocols as can be found here: Protocols According to Cell Type. Unit will be Guaranteed for 30 Days Allowing Enough Time for Your Lab To Fully Test and Inspect.
